hello friends....first of all i will like to say sorry ,i said that idbi cant be privatised but i was wrong ...just coming after idbi danapur,patna branch.....i talked with staffs......i met with that manipal guy too........whole of branch has been shaken by govt planning to make it to private.............so anything can happen there.....i can speculate anything in advance,............few more info he said to me---
1.idbi will not give more than 10 days to join idbi after results.
2.if result will come this week then we will have to miss ibps,,,means miss a big oppertunity..
3.i am also sad today.....thinking to focus more on ibps..

Man news is so depressing i didn't join Axis Bank coz it was pvt. and now what i am hearing 😣 wasted my time for it i should have joined Axis Bank only if i had to go for pvt.Hey Bhagwan SBI PO mein nikalwa dena warna nahi to fir kalyan hi ho jayega apna to RBI wale bhi interview letter nahi nikal rahe hai.
Ab to IBPS se bhi zaada umeed nahi rakh sakta kyunki usme IDBI 1st preference daala hua hai😭

idbi prvtse ho nhi saktha dhosthon. tumhe kya lagtha hei existin employees ok bolenge to dis prvtsation. kuch nahi hoga. koi b tnsn math lo yaron. nothin will happen.. if u get an oprtunity to join in dis prestigous bank den jst go and grab it ok...
Bggest promoter of IDBI is LIC(2 companies of lic to be precise). LIC and IDBI both holds 15% of NSE. Now the important thing to note here is that Jaitly's statement of privatizing IDBI came after 2 days of NSE restructuring plan. NSE in its plan said that management is preparing roadmap for listing the company on stock exchange.
Now LIC will sell their shares in NSE through OFS+IPO(if sebi approves) because it needs money to buffer against the competition by increased FDI limit in insurance and to support govt plans for future disinvestments. And to maximize return from NSE stake sale, LIC needs to sell its shareholding in IDBI.
Conclusion: Looking at the chain of events, increase of FDI limit in insurance, NSE restructuring plan and Jaiyely statement, it is clear(atleast I am convinced) that govt is going to privatize IDBI.
One more thing to note here is that, when BJP came to power in 1999, Vajpayee govt privatize two big companies e.g. IPCL and BALCO. One problem in privatizong IDBI is that there will be protest from IBA but don't forget protests from unions back in 2001 didn't stop Vajpayee who was not in majority unlike Modi.
But I am still going to get in if selected because I like IDBI and it doesn't matter to me if it is private or public.
As per News in Circulation . IDBI is going to be Privatized . So let's discuss ki What problems the selected candidates will face if it becomes private .. Just asking Nothing Confirmed yet .
