Guys disinvestment and privatisation are different things. Kindly see the video minutely, you will observe it is a possible chance not decided. And by disinvestment only a org doesnot become pvt. the stake is to be lowered below 51%. As IDBI has already 76% govt holding it is impractical to disinvestment above 26%. It can be reduced 10 - 15 %.
So dont worry guys and thumbs still up for IDBI.
And please dont spread rumors unless any govt declaration. Its really annoying for those who are selected.
Executives offer letters will be sent in mid November . Just called the Head Office and a mam told me that it will be around mid Nov.
They are taking so much of time. Feeling sad 😞
today called the HR regarding Manipal Waiting list candidate, they told me it will be clear after the complete admission process of the merit list candidates....so keep patience ..!!

around 230 people were present on day 1 when CMD Kishore Piraji Kharat addressed them. That means more than 250 have not joined. Keep a buffer of say maximum 75 who will join in late still there is a change of 150-175 seats more. Regarding privatisation the CMD said that nothing is certain yet...

Maine Idbi se withdraw kar liya hai. Govt is planning to privatise it. Aur Bond 3 nahi total 4 yrs ka hai.
Nobody inside idbi recommended me to join it agar koi dusra option hai toh.
Soch kar join karna bhaiyo.
Even mere paas koi option nahi hai phir bhi maine withdraw kar liya.
