I had a conversation with the HR manager and she told me...
"Actually we are right now dealing with some important issues and have not yet commenced the allotment process for IDBI Executives. I don't want to give you wrong information. Lets make it clear....You surely won't be getting it in November Anyhow...It will be within December last week or January 1st week....and Joining dates are not yet finalized. "

IDBI HRs, what a total piece of crap. Like someone below has posted, Executive joining letter mostly in January. They are playing around with the lives of thousands, who are sitting at home anxiously,waiting for the hard earned appointment after clearing the exam.
Glad that I rejected this 💩 💩 💩 bank .

i have called the HR just now and she said people in IDBI manipal WL will be called in the 1st week of December.
One request to all those ppl waiting for executive offer letter.... Fellow people please calm yourself n stop calling on a daily basis coz the more you will call more they would get irritated and more irritating answers you will recieve like joining would b in january or so i kindly request you stop making assumptions and stop calling for few days n prepare for futuristic exams if any or for interviews.. Rest all i know is posting will come soon now dont ask me the source or if i called hr just know this that my many relatives work in different banks n all of them are at higher places so please chill n calm down n relax n have fun...

i think over merit list student's in idbi 'wait list students have so many other options like rrbs ibps po etc .because they prepared very well due to partial defeat in idbi.every waiting list candidate got 2 or 3 interview call letters i got rrb clerk ibps po.then what about their joining in idbi after confirm wait list is big question right or not.😊😏
same here too bro... 109.5in general wl manipal... And cleared in ibps po mains woth an expected score between 85-90..and yet to give ibps rrb assistant interview..

If we join Idbi manipal , then can we attend the interview in January...and if we get ibps po and opt out we need to 6 lakhs .right..

I called idbi hr twice..yesterday n on 19 th they conveyed different msgs.one said within a week n another 2 nd week of dec.bc wo log khud misguife kar rahe hai.when i asked repeatedly they told nothing is certain.so thats the news..sale idbi walo.u deserve to be privatised.nincompoop bastards.how can they do such things to us?hope i clear ibps po interview..its disgusting.. So if u get any further info put it here so tht we all be benifited.thank u...
