There are a few things regarding which i have doubts..(1) earlier when merit list students were getting joining, one of them posted here that the one year training that we will be getting at manipal will be counted in our years of service but the letter of admission that we have got states it will only after we join the bank next year...so need some clarity on this...(2) one of the merit list candidates said they will give loan even to those already availing educational loan how to contact them on this? ans (3) is there any way we can get an extension? , i have po interview on the 25th and i ve done fairly well in the ibps po written exam......

Hai friends, me presently working as a clerk in state Bank of hyderabad since November 2015 now I got a mail from IDBI that I got selected as Assistant Manager through Manipal program,is it worth to join IDBI by leaving sbh. Please give me the suggestion, what to do ???
This idbi manipal is just too much yaar. Sab bekar hi lag raha h. 4 lac le rahe h, interest jod lo toh 6 lac. bob n andhra bank ki tarah paise be reimburse nahi karenge after x years of service, private bhi ho sakta h........ibps nikal gaya h, uske liye bahut mehnat ki thi. interview me pata ni kya hoga, lag raha h chod dun idbi ........

Tough situation | If joins and want to leave later, ask your parents to keep Rs.2 Lakh + 1st installment = around 4 Lakhs. If interview result comes after 3 months, another 1.25 Lakh installment will go.

Dont think Service Agreement is for 3 yrs. It is actually for 4 yrs. Nobody in the IDBI itself knew it until I pointed out. Even during medical, officers did not know it bcoz last batch did not have such agreement during 1 yr of manipal.
1 yr bond for Manipal with Rs. 2 Lakh.
After completing Manipal, another 3 yrs service bond with IDBI.
One clarification please Suppose if someone send acceptance mail to hrd regarding joining of manipal course and if he is unable to join for some reason than can any action taken against him.
Will IDBI give us leave for ibps interview
Got the Letter of Admission from IDBI through speed post just now.....Done with papers and everything except filling educational form in some aspects..No problems I will fill it there in MANIPAL campus under their Guidance....
