In IDBI manipal school of Banking notification 2016, Nothing has been written about the reimbursement of the fees after successfully serving the bank for 5 year term. Will there be no reimbursement?

why idbi manipal age limited 28 years?
ubi manipal - upper age limited 30 years
bom manipal - 28 years first then it modified and upper age is 30 years
andhra bank manipal - 30 years
ibps po - 30 years
rrb po - 30 years
ibps so - 30 years
i am not able to fill the form, when i am submitting it on the very first stage...
anyone facing the same problem ?

Service bond is not of 2 lakh but they will actually take service tax from you while leaving the job. So total cost of bond is 2,30,000. 4 lakh will not be reimbursed. Joining manipal is akin to paying bribe of 4 lakh for getting a job. After you finish Manipal, you will be awarded a certificate and not a degree. The only use of that certificate is to eat peanut's in it. If you are able to qualify even IBPS clerk then you should avoid IDBI Manipal course. Don't waste your parents hard earned money in a stupid course. EMI of loan is 11,000 so you will be earning 11000 less than your IBPS counterpart.

Now the privatisation part. It's not a cakewalk for the government to privatise a bankwhich would be opposed by the employees and the bank unions. Another option available with the government is the merger of IDBI Bank with some other big PSB.
