will the sectional cutoffs be different for NC-OBC or is the overall cut off alone different for NC OBC?

Is there any chance that I clear the IIFT cut off when my GK is 1.73 and my OA score is 40. sectionals are clear.
Ims- 49.16, bull- 47.16, TF- 50.15, CL- 51.18, Time- 50.18

What feels weird is that most who are scoring 45+ have their scores in diff. sections very close to presumed sectional cutoffs? So maybe overall cutoffs might be lower than being predicted. 😛
