Failures are the pillars of success they say. Are they ? Feeling terrible. I believe I missed cutoffs by a whisker. Being a part of PG for a long time, wanted to leave a note.
This wait for the scorecard is killing me.Was getting an OA of 53.67 ..just cant wait to know where did i f*k up..was it the sectionals ?Was it the 3 questions that i had to erase and remark !Did i mess up the serial number while marking the answers entirely ...These questions are killing me. 😞
congratulations to all the guys who made it into the list...All the best for further rounds.
Many congratulations to all puys who got a call from iift. Though m feeling low as i didnt manage to get a call, but it's life. I have to move on. - Sumit
Is the call based on pure score or other factors like exp as well? I have got a call and have experience of 30 months. Will there be any points or weightage on experience in the second round. Please guide
What is the weight given to written in final marks ? what are the other criteria ? pls reply
Failures are indeed the pillars of success, subject to following conditions
1. The feedback loop should be functioning properly.
2. Faith on your ownself should not vanish.
3. You are divine and you need to realize the same.
4. Character of a person is judged only during adverse times.
Remember ...it does not take even 1 second for your fortune to turn upside down ...Just have patience and perseverance
What is going to be the strength of the class in 2016-18 batch?
Anyone?
Congrats 😃 and All the very best to all the pagalguys who got shortlisted.
Lessons learnt (for me):
1. To let go
2. To never completely believe in predictors in such a competitive set up . Just laught at them and leave. You have so much work to do.
3. Dream and work hard. Don't wait for the bubble to burst.
4. Always take a wrist watch along when taking a competitive exam. :D
Cheers !!
When is the score card expected?
Looked at the last year's scorecard. Some of the details are of this year....like
Those candidates who have cleared all the sectional cut offs and obtained minimum marks
(General: 48.50, SC/ST/PH: 38.50, OBC(NCL): 43.50) have been shortlisted for the second round of selection.
for the payslip part, does having a black and white printout suffice? or is some kind of attesting sign required?
anybody able to see this year's score ?? when I am entering this year Roll number I get invalid data
Okay.. So, What is the cut-off in percentage wise.. Can someone give me a rough idea about it.. ?
@akshaygupta My scores as follows...
gk 7.33,QA 7,DILR 16.83,VARC 21.5,OA 52.66 according to official key
General category...still not in the list...could you help me out where I lacked as scores not available.
The overall cutoffs are high because the gk cutoffs are damn low (0.82)! Many people scoring 50+ would have failed to get through had the gk cutoffs been a little higher. This, in turn, would have automatically pushed the OA cutoffs down.
Hence, mystery regarding the high cutoffs solved!
When can I see my scorecard? Can anybody help with that?
I'm getting an invalid information dialogue box after entering my Roll no. and Date of birth. Is this happening to someone else too ? What is the solution for this ?
Guys, how good is IIFT compared to IIMs or XLRI?
