Form Filling Guidelines 1 Fill the form in a neat handwriting and do recheck your answers .A significant part of your PI will be on the form. 2 Try not to leave any questions unanswered .You can leave some answers blank but you might have to justify it in front of the panel . 3 Ensure that the form reaches IIFT by 5th January 4 Keep one/two copies of the form with you It would be helpful for revising. The questions of work ex revolve around the following(not exhaustive):
1. Your profile
2. Your domain knowledge
3. Financials of your company
4. KPI of your sector
5. Competitors
6. Why are you leaving the job and doing MBA!
Appraisals/workplace achievements can be highlighted in the profile form that you will be receiving shortly. Hence, it can be talking point in the PI. All the best!

Q. Why do you want to do an MBA?
A. I have an aspiration to become an Entrepreneur and Start my own company. I have multiple ideas on that. I believe that an MBA would help me understand the fundamentals of business and explore the most realistic idea competently.
Things to Note:
Interviewer is looking towards clarity of purpose and conviction. Vague or complex answers are not recommended
See how the candidate smartly threw hints that he has multiple ideas. There is high probability that the interviewer asks him about his ideas. This is how you can subtly lead the interview process towards your area of strength.
