Average CTC @iift is 14.91*, excluding International offers(IO).


Assumption:

-> Taking average of 20 students who got IO as 60 LPA.

As, 3 have more than 1 crore and 6 more then 0.75 crore.

If we assume 50 lpa as average(IO), then 

average CTC is 15.75 LPA.


Calculation: (18.41 * 258)[total] - (60 * 20)[IO] = Result/238[Domestic offers]


Note: These 20 will be among top 25% of the batch, and consists of 7.8% of batch. Excluding them means excluding one of the best students. 😄

iift delhi has 210 seats. why then, has it selected 340 candidates? does that mean some of them are in waiting list? the same question applies to iift kolkata. why is the number of candidates selected more than the number osf seats available?

Does anyone know what the future scene is like at IIFT for consulting?

(Not IT but business or strategy consulting)

Are they any closer to tapping into the big 4? Or has someone gone on to join the big 4 from iift down the line?

I hear that there is a IIFT candidate/ aspirant meet-up organised in Mumbai. Could someone please shed some light on the questions below: 


1. Will it be helpful for shortlisted candidates (Kolkata campus)? 

2. Will candidates from Mumbai be getting a mail informing us of exact location, time etc.?

3. Who will be attending the networking meet-up as an IIFT rep? current students from both campuses and/or alumni?

The official mail for waitlisted students states that, if I convert and do not pay the remaining fees the 20K will not be returned to me. So what if I cancel the admission before conversion? Will I get anything back? If yes, how much?
