Percentiles will be based on actual score you got but one will get call only if he/she clears all cutoffs(sectional+OA). So it isn't the matter of percentiles rather cutoffs, is that so?

the trend for real cut offs is usually CL prediction + 4, Time prediction + 2/3...
so, considering this, will the cut off reach 45 this year as all instis are predicting 40+-2
