Pls let me know how vital the form is. I know that it would be an important factor in the interview but the question is Will I be judged based on it ? like if my "Creativity" answer is just simple and then another guy whose creativity has international recognition , Does the other guy possess an advantage over me ?Why I am asking this is cause , 360 out of 1900 and it is quite obvious that 360 would definitely have internationally recognised creativity?
Is there anyone else also who is facing runtime error while opening up the form ?

The physical ailment / disability field is just for general information or does it have any significance in regards to pd category? Asking because I have an issue that does not qualify for pd but is still job wise significant.Should I fill it or not?
