Well reservation for women is wrong well even if i am a girl but still going to say so .When you look at America the blacks there used to be slaves without even being given reservation they have created high standards in the society there in half industry,science ,management etc . Reservations is actually the reason for the downfall of India as competent and good ones with passion lost their way.I think thestandars of India and the reserved castes would have been much better without reservation as it would have made them work harder and compete in thehurdlelike the black society.Now they want to do the same with girls and I if I owned any institute I won't emphasize in gender diversity but quality and passion .If the ratio of women were not good it would because of there less participation not any another person's fault.In the end India us not only facing economical crises I.e mass unemployment because of all this bullshit😖😖.

IIFT has a total number of 360 seats for the next academic year. Out of this 50% of the seats are reserved for OBC,SC,ST and NRI. So general candidates will be admitted in only 50% of the remaining seats i.e 180.

I'm tired of this country ruining my life. To all my fellow OC 99+ percentilers who didn't get through, good luck for the future. You're my inspiration. You are a brave lot of people fighting reservation head on. To all my OBC/SC/ST brothers and sisters, congratulations. This country is yours, not all of ours. Rejected from IIFT (both lists) based on a three minute interview (with two female panellists and one male panellist more interested in lunch in the lobby than the interviews) and a GD in which the two female panellists were talking to each other in Hindi about private matters. This is why Indian institutes have no respect outside India. They're just sluggish and irresponsible, filled with people who frankly don't deserve to be there. Anyway, congratulations to everyone who got in, and good luck for the rest of the season to those who didn't. I'm done with India.

Well I have to admit that engg must have had a hard time .In gd I had them in trouble by explaining Henry Fayole and turning the session into a debate about modern management and they couldn't debate against me and didn't get much chance to speak.I think people with knowledge can turn around the tables so I think envy should learn a little bit or basic knowledge in such regards to meet up the standards

SO 180 OUT OF SAY 1900 GEM GONNA GET SEAT IN THE INSTITUTE.THAT MEANS 1 IN 9 LUCKY ONE WILL GET A SEAT. I FEAR EVEN IF I SCORE 100 NEXT YEAR IT DEPENDS ON OTHER FACTORS...BYE BYE IIFT,CAT,XAT DONE WITH IT.

Hi puys , I know the question I am going to ask is irrelevant to this thread , but your suggestions and thoughts will be of great help.Since the IIFT result didn't turn in my favour, so

I will possibly be converting  SCMHRD in next wait list(5) movement. Should I consider joining, is it a decent college. I have a work ex of 2.5+yrs

*so 27 / 100 got converted ..... 73 male general merit candidates rejected..wow kudos to the system wow !!


in conclusion: General merit male is a curse. :-0)
