Can we send the application without receiving the referrals. The forms have been sent out but not received. Is it possible or do I need to rush with the referees.

hi..i have a bonafite with the date of join in it..but that was issued for the purpose of b\nk formalities..will it be ok if i show that bonafide along with my last pay slip..pls someone reply..thnx

@newhere Nah, no idea. Chill maaro and focus on your prep :-)

@newhere Dpnds on the number of panels that r there for the slot..generally each panel interviews around 10 students and number of panels vary from 3-4..conversion rate is 1:3.5 overall..not exactly calculated panel-wise! :)
So forget bout all these stats n concentrate on ur prep! :)
