@amalgkr First compress the jpeg files using MS Office Picture Manager, convert hem to pdf using http://www.pdfonline.com/convert-pdf/default-b.aspx?utm_expid=127285-30 and join them using http://www.pdfjoin.com/
or u can write a html code to make a html file wit the compressed jpegs and when u open the html in chrome, try to print it. U will have an option to save as pdf. :)

Is it fine if I upload Consolidated Memorandum of Marks sheet which consists of all the semster marks ?

Yes, it's applicable only to people who have switched jobs.

All they want to see is your date of joining, in addition to the latest payslip. If Confirmation letter has your date of joining, then that's good enough.

@JD026 thanx a lot... i think after using pic manager we can copy to word and save as pdf.. mine came just below 800 kb..... regarding the referee prob, they send a separate mail with password for the link... if he has not gotten the link itself i think it's better to resend email for reference... perhaps ask him for another mail id next time?

@abhi.iimb im in deeper trouble... till last year our colg had x10 as its conversion formula but now it is (x10 - 5) and i passed out two and a half years ago... i have a picture copy of the letter issued by one of our HODS supporting the x10 method, dated jan 2012 and rule got changed in july 2012 .... am i screwed?

I had semester system in my college with SGPA awarded for each semester and CGPA was given as a cumulative performance. So should i fill SGPA or CGPA as my results in the "update graduation score" field for each of the semesters.

I feel the conversion method followed during ur stay will be followed and not the latest one bcoz you were evaluated based on that conversion method and not the new one....
