@abhi.iimb No and it has not been updated on the online application either. I called up admission office, they asked me to drop a mail.
Can I remove his name and then resend the referral request mail..Will that work?

the graduation mark sheets (year wise) + degree certficate all in one PDF. Clarity is not that clear when i make t to 1mb.. but readable... how come you guys are doing. Kindly guide, is t like pakka clarity needed or what?... my pdf is readable but when gone for compression, the clarity -it is disturbing me a lot.. so is t ok?

Hello,
The mail that was sent to my referee wasnt showing any link to fill in the reference. I deleted her name and sent it to her twice but the same problem persisted. then she gave me her husband's id. In the urgency of sending her the mail I filled in the details partially and gave her new email id as she had already called me thrice. But now she has submitted the reference and i am not able to complete the details about her designation, organisation.
Please he me what to do now.

also i had another doubt, it is said that for interview we need to bring a proof for our conversion percentage. If it is written/printed at the back of the marksheet will that be ok?.

Hi All,

I had a talk with the Admissions official. He confirmed that the deadline for submission of Online Application is 23rd Jan 11:59 p.m. But the Officer also told me to convey you the message that you should all try to finish it before close of working hours on 23rd, so that any last minute problems can be addressed by someone from the admission office. Also make sure you fill up the CORRECT and COMPLETE reference details for all 3 references and SEND it electronically to the referee before that deadline. Password related issues that the referee might be facing (once the form is sent to him/her) can be handled later on. Hope that helps.

what is meant by Password related issues that the referee might be facing (once the form is sent to him/her) can be handled later on. my 2 references are not even able to login and they have not provided any feedback?.. Is it fine? I read that we will not be able to submit the form until all 3 references submit their feedback...

@liveurlifefully Yes, that's what the admissions official told me. Just make sure you have sent the reference links to the referee.
Guys if any of you hear anything different from the Admissions Office, do post it /ping me.

It will be the admissions office that will send the link... we will just add their details on the form. Correct? Secondly, will we be able to submit the form without the feedback provided by my references?

is it necessary to upload marksheet for all the semesters......wont the last sem gradesheet suffice?????.......it shows my CUMULATIVE GRADE FOR THE 4 YRS

In my application it is not showing my referee name. it is showing the reference screen of SR8496427. After clicking on any referee it is redirecting to my reference screen. For the other pages it is showing my details only, that is why I am not able to understand whose id this is. I have attached the screenshot also after omitting contact details

@liveurlifefully The link to the reference form gets sent electronically once you submit the referee details. It gets reflected in your form as 'Referral request sent' and you also get an email notification. The admissions official told me that you AT LEAST need to complete these steps.

PLEASE ASK YOUR REFEREES TO VIEW THE MAIL IN "HTML" FORMAT. THE LINK WILL APPEAR AS A LINK ONLY IN HTML FORMAT. IT WILL NOT APPEAR IN PLAIN TEXT FORMAT. SO THEY MAY SAY NO LINK. IN THEIR MAIL SETTINGS (MOST OF THE OFFICIAL EMAILS WILL BE IN PLAIN TEXT FORMAT), THEY OUGHT TO VIEW THE MAIL IN HTML FORMAT ONLY. HOPE THIS HELPS

Dear applicant,
This has reference to the IIMB PGP 2013-15 Call For Interview on-line application being filled by you. More often we are receiving emails from the applicants stating that there are problems relating to the €œReference/s €œ submissions , due to certain technical problems.
Since the last date for submission is approaching, ( January 23, 2013) , we request you to fill in all the details in the application form & after triggering the emails to the Referees, YOU CAN SUBMIT THE APPLICATION, without waiting for the replies from your REFEREES.
Apart from references section all the other sections should be complete to submit the application.

So now we can submit the application without wating for references??
just a doubt can we change the refree later on if he/she fails to submit their references???

Yes, That's what the Admissions Officer had told me when I went to meet him today to raise the issues faced by the applicants and get some clarification for you all. If you look at my posting above, you will realize that I had mentioned pretty much the same thing in my latest updates in this threads.
