@abhi.iimb are we getting mentors allotted?? Do we need to register anywhere?
@Raphieie
@Phoenix90

The mentor allocation process is in progress. I have been in touch with the Academic Council who do the mentor allocation. It will be done in a while. Last year, we got emails with the contact details of our respective mentors. No registration was required.

hardcopy of the email will suffice rite?
@liveurlifefully

I don't think so. Please get in touch with the Admissions Office in case you haven't received the Formal Call letter by post.
@abhi.iimb : Thanks for the response. Could you please tell us how many (approx) would have been short-listed for the WAT-PI stage and how many would be taken in at the end of all selection processes?

Hi, will we get any notification (mail or otherwise) when the referees submit the reference forms?

@abhi.iimb Hi, will we get any notification (mail or otherwise) when the referees submit the reference forms?

@j2002 : Yes. But none of my referees have been able to submit due to technical errors. Not sure what is going to happen.

@abhi.iimb : Will our calls be invalid if the referees fail to submit their responses in time?

@j2002 Yes, you are supposed to get separate notification email for each of the referees.

@Raphieie Please get in touch with the Admissions Office on any referral related issues.
I have a simple query whether quotas are really followed at the time of admission(I mean whether actually 27% from obc & 22.5% from sc-st are filled by reserved candidates or not) or is it dependent on the quality of candidates?
& what's the convert ratio?

Even one of my ref is not not able to submit due to tech errors

I wrote to Admissions Office today. Got a reply stating that referral tech issues are being resolved. Lets see what happens.

Preference was asked in the CAT form.

What documents need to be carried on the day of interview apart from the actual call letter? Are these instructions mentioned anywhere? All I saw in the call letter in email is Please carry this letter with you on day of interview.

Dress code for Interview. Blazers must???? or simple formals would do?

Hi everyone, this is my first post on pagalguy and I have not been able to go through this thread thoroughly. I am a Computer Engineer from College of Engineering,Pune. I am currently working in a consultancy firm. I have not been able to spare much time for preparations due to my office hours. Can you please let me know as to what level of technical syllabus shall I revise for the interview? As in is it necessary to go through the entire syllabus of four years thoroughly or just an overview would be fine?

Is there anything that has to be sent to IIM Bangalore by post?

@Kholu No!
@nandhawillcrack There is no dress code.You can wear simple formals or with blazers.Me being a girl,I had worn a sari to the interview.Just carry well whatever you wear!
