By how much do you think EWS would move??

Does anyone know he criteria for higher secondary marks? Do they award '0' to people from state board? In the score breakup for higher secondary, I have been awarded 0 inspite of having 89.7% in 12th, if it is indeed a discrepancy, who do I contact for help?
