To whom ever it may concern, Greetings for the day, I am one of the 300+ EWS student called for the interview to get a chance of admission into IIM Lucknow. It is observed by all of us called for the interview that there is a dicrepency between the seats alloted and the offers made. We have mailed Admissions office with RTI regarding the same but have not yet received any reply. Is there hope for us to believe that you will make good on the promise and not cripple the economically weaker section more as we also took the brunt of Covid-19 too. We were disadvantaged till date and the one chance we recieved to prove ourselves crumbled in front of our eyes with the promise of 48 EWS seats made on RTI. Earlier this year IIM Lucknow stated in RTI that there will be 48 ews seats in pgp program but they have offered seats to only 36 ews candidates. May I know the reason behind this disruption? We have dropped 70+ mails to IIM Lucknow but haven't received any reply. We have also mentioned this issue to our mentors but they are as clueless about this issue as we are. So I hereby sincerely request adcom to look into this matter and revert back to us with proper explanation or with the increased number of seats.
INVALID CREDENTIALS/NOT IN MERIT LIST. Does not mean we are rejected yet. And even if we are we have the right to access our dashboard and see the results for ourselves. It's sheer negligence and indifferent attitude from a reputed institute like Lucknow and we need to raise this issue to them. ABM General Rank 81. What are the chances of conversion?
This is for the candidates who are in waitlist for admission to PGP/ ABM/SM We have seen the number of candidates shortlisted under EWS is only 36 (inclusive of buffer calls) against the stated number of 48 in the RTI declaration (attached) This is a complete injustice towards an already disadvantaged section of society. In such a scenario we all have to come together and ask the right question to the Admission office by sending emails and/or by making calls to them before the second list is rolled out with reduced number of seats. SC candidate, waitlisted. Rank: 374 Open Category Rank: 2291 Is there any chance of conversion at all? I have converted Nagpur and Raipur, but I'm not sure if Lucknow will move the waitlist so much. Any guidance is appreciated in the comments, thank you.
