The mail is showing the counselling dates to be 3rd and 4th while on site its 4th and 5th.....adcom please clearify

Hello PR Team,I need a clarification. It has been advised to carry migration and character certificates from the institute last attended on the day of admission counseling. I have around 2.5 years of work ex after graduation. Do I need to get the said certificates from my graduation college or from my previous employer?
