@lohitgupta you forgot to answer me I suppose.. do we have to go to the IMT website and fill in our CAT scores manually ?? or the college will take the scores directly ???If we have to fill the details manually, then when I login on the IMT website, a system error is being generated. Plz help
There will be a window that will come up when the XAT results come out. So yes, there will be additional calls based on XAT scores. So there are 2 cases - 1) You get a call based on CAT - a) Then you get a better XAT score - you attend the interview only ONCE. just that your XAT score will be considered for overall evaluation. 2) You do NOT get a call based on CAT - a) Then you get a score above the XAT cutoff. - well congrats, you get a GD-PI call now!
In the form, in the Graduation section, it says "please leave blank if results awaited".. My graduation year is 2013.. i am doing my 8th semster now, and results till 7th semester are out..What should i fill in there ?a) should i leave it blank ?b) should i fill in CGPA secured till the 7th semester ?
Yes, As @TONYMBA pointed out, you have to leave this field BLANK for now. Don't worry, your marks will be considered when you get a GD-PI call and you have to fill up a form with all the necessary details.

Will u PLEASE read the earlier posts? I have no problem in repeating things. But do u realise u r unnecessarily burdening the thread? Your first 2 questions have already been answered. Work-ex does play a role in the final selection. We don't have the details to quantify that. And it varies from year to year. If the 2012-2014 batch has a 4:1 ratio of work-ex to freshers, the 2011-2013 batch has the reverse ratio. So it varies based on the industry's requirements. Placement stats - other than the placement report, we don't have more info.
