Hi!!  I need some guidance regarding profile evaluation :)

My profile looks like this: 

Academics

10th- 89.2 CBSE 

12th- 74.4 CBSE 

MBA(Tech.): B.Tech +MBA in technology management (integrated 5 year course) from NMIMS, MUMBAI CGPA- 3.42 / 4 [CLASS OF 2016]  

Internship

· Technical Internship with NTPC Ltd. In satellite communication department 

· Management Internship with IDBI AMC in equity research  

Work Experience

1. Futures Trader at OSTC Ltd. (a UK Based trading firm): 8 Months 

2. Management Trainee at CRISIL GR&A: March 2017 to present: (around 7 Months)  

Co-Curricular

· Executive Member of Finance Cell of NMIMS (Findrome): Organized Panel Discussion at the college level [Unfortunately no certificate available for it] 

· Campus Manager at Nurture Talent Academy: Helped to create awareness about the entrepreneurship events at the city level. Also, I wrote an article which got published (http://www.nurturetalent.com/2013/08/starpreneur-siddharth-sharma-interviewed-gaurav-munjal-ceo-flat-to/)

1. Secured AIR 250 in NMAT(T): entrance exam of NMIMS 

2. Bagged Execution excellence award within the very first quarter of my work at CRISIL 

Query

 I am looking for a second MBA and I have narrowed down on ISB as my target college. 

1. Is it possible to get into ISB with this profile? What should be the ideal GMAT score for this kind of profile? 

2. I plan to get in by 2019. By that time, I would be having 2.8 years of work experience. Would it be a problem for me to get into ISB with only 2.8 years of work ex post my PG as the average work ex of ISB is around 5 years. 

3. Right now, I am actively involved in CSR activities at CRISIL. What more can be done to improve my profile?

Mah State Board: 10th - 88.8%, 12th- 80%; 

BITS Pilani BE+MSc (dual degree) CGPA 6.6/10 (2013 graduate), 

GRE 2014 score - 313, 

3.5 yrs prof work exp - 6 months own startup (failed exit) + 3 yrs in market research and consulting

Have to make a decision - 1) apply with GRE score in cycle 1 or 2) give GMAT and try for a 700+ and apply in cycle 2.

Question to International Applicants. 

Has anyone made the payment yet? 

My MasterCard/Visa Credit Cards aren't accepted. Is the wire transfer the only recourse? If yes, how are you doing that? I'm trying to use Paypal/Xoom, but the Xoom website has an advisory that payments should only be made to individuals - though I'm sure we'll be able to do the transfers nevertheless. Thoughts?
