Kutty, You can look into the GMAT related forums at PG for more guidance on GMAT. I personally preferred Kaplan's Books and Manhattan GMAT materials. Also, I did NOT like the Princeton materials as much.
As far as the B-schools, you have a unique background which is a big plus when you apply to ISB or other schools abroad. Feel free to message me if you have any specific queries regarding B-school admissions process.

Going to join INFOSYS on 28th dec, 2009.. I attempts in verbal dont backfire this time i will get a good score this time... hope for the best... n ya PG rocks.............

Education and Work Ex Background:- BA (Eng. Lit.) and in second year MA (Eng. Lit.) Worked as Freelance writer, also worked on a consultant basis for a publishing house (starting its new division) and for a web start-up. Needless to say, I love start-ups of all kinds.
Currently working on the board of a start-up NGO working in the field of peri-urban education. Big dreams! Why on PG? Looking for a good programme that teaches me Organizational Behaviour and Business Strategy. Would love to get to meet fellow budding entrepreneurs and find out what they're reading.
Basically it's a significant shift from academicia (I was very into English Lit) to business, and I need to feel my way into this field, and I have less than a year to do it.
Specifically looking for what on PG? Different programmes, how they stack up, and want a community to go with my mostly home-alone CAT and GMAT prep. Aim for next one year? To up my quant from sub-cut-off levels to above average. Am good at VA and decent at DI/LR. Basically want to firm up my foundation across the three sections so I can target a wide variety of exams.
