I wish to appear for NIFT management examinations. I have no idea how to go about with the preperations. Are classes like silica helpful or should i try and manage on my own??? I am currently appearing for my S.Y.B.com examinations and i have a diploma in fashion designing from Sophiya Polytechnic...pls pls if neone can jus help me as to how do i begin preparing and whr do i start from...i hav no clue whtsoever.

First of all Hats off to you....Bcoz of your desire for education.
Secondly, from last one year of MBA research I came to know that age is not a limitation and that too for Executive program, never. I got the mail from a MBA school in delhi.
Third, My father himself gained 5 degrees while staying in defence services. After leaving Service, he was appointed as a Personnel Officer.

Its time when I am planning to "Upgrade" myself by acquiring new skills in the Management arena. the first thing that crossed my mind was to check out at "Paagalguy" to see what options and avenues I have. Paagal is a comendable effort in the way it is helping its users in shaping up there career as, I have seen many who browse this site as if they are in conversation with a education consultant.
I am an IT professional(12 yrs exp) working with one of the top 20 MNC's in the Delhi/NCR , I have a 4 year old kid and a lovely wife.
Now I am planning to do MBA, the prime reason is that I want to grow up in Management Ladder, and In future if god willing would like to have my own setup. But I am confused as to what stream of MBA and from which college shall I take this, I guess something related to business strategy/ Business Development would suffice(not sure though).
Hence I started looking for answer on internet and PG is the first place to drop in for an answer.

Hi ! I am Ritu and presently working with a nonprofit organization as a consultant. I want to appear for MBA entrance exams this year and I am particularly interested in FMS and IIFT. I would like to appear for CAT but I am not sure whetherI can handle that paper specially the quant. section. Since I have a social science background, I am weak in Quant and I need help and guidance in that section with regard to speed and accuracy.I am open to regular group studies if that helps me in attaining my objective.
