1st month go with the basics......do nt wory abt th time been taken...jst gt ur concepts cleared..
do nt straight away use short cuts....bt 1st..know w8 th ques talks abt....n thn comes speed.aftr a month or 2 try to solve thm mentaly,do nt wory abt th time taken....dy by dy u ll be seeing that ur spped hs increasd...........al th bsttttttttttt
thanks... but my main problem is i dont understand maths actually i m very much scared of maths and that's why i didnt took maths in my 11th and 12th and now its very difficult for me to understand it and now i m not able to cncentrate on it becoz my final year exams are about to start so i m thinking that i should take a break from my CAT preparation and then i will get in touch with it in april so plz tell me as how to prepare for exam
just go thru...NCERT books....frm 8 to 10 1c.....t8 cn hekp u a lot...complte it withn a nomth t8 is by end f aprillllllll

hi everyone...i m new to pagalguy...i m an aspirant for MBA....i had given this year FMS,SNAP,JMET,CAT....bt could nt get through 3 of them..i got 52 in jmet ,88 in snap, n hope arnd 210-220 in fms....so i dint think i am goin to get a gud b-school this year....
i found that i did well inall sections in all papera except verbal....so i anyone can tell me how to improve my verbal...also i got (42-lr,17-qunt,26-ver,3.5-gk) in snap....so if i should apply in any of the symbiosis colg or prepare for the next year.....

My self Ujjawal from lucknow,preparing for CAT 2010.I have some personal quiries regarding the latest selection process of IIMs.I have 4 years of gap & a below average academics in my studies.Should i think over to get into any IIMs.Does any IIM will get a chance to me having this below average performance in my academics,if i would be able to do well in CAT 2010 exam. Should i continue my hope or finished it.
Pls help me any friends or seniors.Waiting for the good reply.

Hi friends, myself here for a perfect suggestion from any expert of CAT exams ,who can give me a right direction to my career.
My academics- 10th-55.4% in 2000
12th-60.7% in 2003
BA ( Eco) -51% in 2009 from IGNOU ,new delhi.
I also cleared National stock exchange two modules ,papers.One is capita market dealers module & AMFI advisory module , having achieved 61 % & 66% in respective of them.Becz i was always interested to know how the business operates & its relation with stock market.Further that my ambition took a shape & i decided to give CAT 2010 exam.But the main obstacles is my past academics which always make me tense.
Actually I have 4 yrs a huge gap in my academics.The reason is that in the yr 2002 at the of 12th board exam ,i was suffering from a severe jaoundice.After my 12 th exam , i was involved in my family business due to my family condition. After that i did my graduation from IGNOU,new delhi.So now im planning to give CAT 2010 exam.Should i get hope to get into any IIMs,if i would achieved a good CAT score.Will the IIMs accept the candidates having these kinds of profile.
Plss help me any senior fellow who is permanently the expert of CAT exams and the current selection process of various IIMs avialable at PAGALGUY.com.
Shouls i hope about getting into IIMs or delete it from my mind.
