hey guys.... m a B.E final yr std... i was expecting 2 get placed in a gud company tis yr n take up cat again next yr.. now m still hanging n planning to do mba.. but my xat score s worse n my cat score s gonna b worser.. so m totally out.. i ve been called 4 gd n pi frm iba. iame, medha business schools... can anybody gimme some info abt these schools? i couldnt find anything appropriate...

It keeps asking me to relogin. Or is it because I use Chrome on Incognito Mode.
I planned to give GMAT in mid 2010 and apply to IIMs for class of 2011-2013 with GMAT ( I qualify those x,y,z criteria to apply wid GMAT)
I can't take up CAT 2010 coz I'll be having my CA final exams at the same time and will also be outside India for the same.
I was advised to take up GMAT or CAT or anything MBA related after safely qualifying CA (Though I can hope to pass CA first attempt, it's better to focus on one heavy exam first and then go to the next heavy exam). I thought I'd be capable enough to do GMAT than CAT but after seeing the GMAT materials and considering my math-wits, I decided to give GMAT exclusive and dedicated focus later, post CA Final exams.
So I postponed GMAT plans to early 2011 thought I might as well give CAT too.
I doubt it's too early coz my math wits are far too dim and requires gradual prep.I will be prepping CA final and working for most of this year.
What do you think? What do you do? How did your CAT 2009 go?

ur prob is strange .. AFAIK , u wont get relogin .. perhaps temporary bug ..
reg gmat , give at ur fullest prep .. if u r planning for IIM alone , write cat instead of gmat ..

i guess those are class C b schools . .gamble it if u r so desperate abt mba this year.. ma take would be wait for a year , prepare for cat 2010 and rock the show .. good luck !
