I am Surya..doing my final year B.tech IT.I am here to get some help regarding my PG-MBA.Let me explain about my academic background...I have 73.6% in my xth and 65% in my 12th....was very playful during my school days...regret for it though now as i dint score much which is not good for the competition in todays scenario.struggled to get an engineering seat..finally got a place in a college...my school was strict...and when i came to college i literally enjoyed my college days...so had arrears but cleared it though...and i have 70.3% as aggregate rite now. even though i am playful i have excelled in many fields such as sports,music,social activities.From all these i found myself that i am good in managing things,building a team and heading it.Now i choose to do MBA in abroad...and planning to write GMAT soon.and now i am sure that i will concentrate well...so can you please guide me regarding wthr will i be eligible for applying abroad with my academic performance...and will i be able to get a seat in top b schools if i score well in gmat....pls help me out..i am direction less regarding my future.

I have been working for infosys since last two years.
Now i want pursue a distance MBA from IIM Bangalore.
I heard about a course called PGSEM .It is a 2.5 years Distance Learning Course.
I wanted to conform whether it a MBA course.
There are three ways to enter IIM(B).
1. CAT
2. GMAT
3. PGSEM Test.
Can you please provide me the following details
1.Is the Course useful for 2 yrs experience guy.
2.Wen to apply for the PGSEM Test, without appearing for any CAT?
3. Any other thing you would suggest me to do.
