n yaa ngo work is also considered as an experience but u knw its finally u who drive ur own interview n next yr if during admissions u rnt able to justify on y did u work in ngo or either go for a foreign language then its a complete waste..

i wud suggest go for a course related to the field u wanna take up in future...shows a lill bout ur vision n that actually u r doin smthin for it...

2.I want 2 make my career in ad world.Shud i go for a communication management or a work ex. in advertising industry?
3.Which r best b-schools fr communication management in india (economical too!:-)
4. I m frm a small hamlet frm jharkhand .Dont hv any branded degree frm sme reputed college.
5.These q. r extremely important 2 b solved.Pls!! Helppp!: (

Well if you are able to convince the interview panel that you did use this gap productively, then i think it shouldnt matter at all.. though its always better to have a work experience rather then showing a gap.....well if u want to go into communications i guess MICA is the Institute for u which is renowned around the country for the same. Well i dnt knw about the fee may b u can check out the site for the same. and yes its not always the case that only ppl frm branded colleges make it to premier institutes...thr r sm ppl frm average colls evn in IIMs too...u jst hav to struggle a lill harder to prove ur worth...thatz all...
anyways well i am neither from communication management or advertising background, i would say u better do a research on the same. Rest from my opinion i feel it would be better to do an MBA and then get into d industry....

hi Seeraj...well i scored 100.25 in SNAP..though the cut-off was 113 i got thru cz SCMHRD gives a lot of weightage to profile...
I have no info reagrding the cut-offs of other colleges in Symbi as i din apply for any other..
