इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट बैंक (भारतीय डाक भुगतान बैंक) में मैनेजर और असिस्टेंट मैनेजर के लिए डाक विभाग ने आवेदन मांगे हैं। रिजर्व बैंक के बाद इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट बैंक केंद्र सरकार का दूसरा पूर्ण अधिपत्य वाला उपक्रम होगा। इस बैंक को 17 अगस्त को रजिस्ट्रार ऑफ कंपनीज ने निगमन प्रमाण पत्र दिया है। डाक विभाग का यह बैंक मार्च 2017 से काम करना शुरू कर देगा। विभाग 20 हजार पदों के लिए तीन चरणों में ऑनलाइन भर्ती प्रक्रिया आयोजित करेगा। प्रथम चरण में डाक विभाग ने सीईओ एमडी से से असिस्टेंट मैनेजर तक के 1737 विभिन्न पदों के लिए आवेदन मांगे हैं।मैनेजर स्तर पर योग्यता फाइनेंस में एमबीए, आईसीए और बीटेक मांगी है जबकि एमडी और सीईओ के लिए केवल स्नातक होना अनिवार्य किया गया है। मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर के लिए उम्र 40 से 55 के बीच और लंबा एक्सपीरिएंस मांगा गया है। एजीएम के लिए 32 से 30 और अन्य पदों के लिए आयु सीमा 20 से लेकर 35 निर्धारित की गई है। आरक्षित वर्ग के लिए 03 साल और पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए पांच वर्ष की छूट दी गई है। आवेदन के संबंध में डाक विभाग ने शुक्रवार देर रात अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। नौकरी के इच्छुक उम्मीदवार 25 अक्टूबर तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। पोस्ट मास्टर जनरल, आलोक कुमार सक्सेना का कहना है कि डाक विभाग ने इंडिया पोस्ट पेमेंट बैंक के लिए आवेदन मांगे हैं। कानपुर रिजन के लिए सबसे ज्यादा संभावनाएं हैं। यहां कई पदों पर भर्तियां की जानी हैं। मोबाइल पॉकेट से करें पेमेंट भर्ती घोटालों के मद्देनजर विभाग ने पूरी भर्ती प्रक्रिया ऑनलाइन आयोजित कराने का निर्णय लिया है। पहली नियोक्ता और आवेदक इंटरनेट के माध्यम से सीधे जुड़ेंगे। विभाग भी आवेदक की काबिलियत को झुठला नहीं पाएगा। परीक्षा और इंटरव्यू के जरिए भर्ती की जाएगी। अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन शुल्क भी ऑनलाइन ही जमा करने को कहा है। ऑनलाइन बैंकिंग के साथ रुपे, वीजा, मास्टर, मेस्ट्रो, क्रेडिट कार्ड, मोबाइल पाकेट से आवेदन शुल्क जमा कराना है। प्रयास किया तो मिलेगी नौकरी प्रथम चरण में आयु या योग्यता की वजह से आवेदन न कर पाने वाले बेरोजगारों को भी डाक विभाग निराश नहीं करेगा। बेरोजगारी को देखते हुए केवल स्नातक और कम पढ़े लिखे अभ्यर्थियों के लिए भी जल्द ही आवेदन मांगे जाएंगे। दूसरी बार भी पिछड़े तो सीधे विभाग के कांट्रेक्ट के आधार पर नौकरी के लिए आवेदन कर सकेंगे।इंडिया पोस्ट बैंक में नौकरी न मिली तो भी निराश होने की जरूरत नहीं है। डाक विभाग ने पीएमजी कार्यालयों से रिक्त पदों की जानकारी मांगी है। विभाग ने कांट्रेक्ट पर रखे जाने वाले कर्मचारियों की भी संख्या पूछी है। प्रदेश के 17 सौ डाकघरों में हजारों पद रिक्त हैं। इनमें सबसे ज्यादा भर्तियां कानपुर में होंगी। पिछले महीने ही 132 शाखा डाकपालों को बर्खास्त किया गया है।

ippb ctc is lower than bank of maharashtra, also it is not a universal bank.Some ppl are saying there will be targets as bank has to find customers,Is it worth applying for.
many people are sceptical about future of payment banks.arundhati bhattacharya(SBI) has said openly that it is a failed concept.suppose if ippb is unable to make profit,then what will happen?

For those who were asking is it worth applying for IPPB, guys India Post is government organization, and mostly they won't blindly open payments bank if there will be loss, lot of analysis will be done before taking decision to open this bank. And if at all there will be loss they will merge with some other, very rare chances to close the bank. And most importantly even though bank will be closed due to loses ur experience counts and you would know profit loss things once you step in to this organization. So safe side try for another job during that time. And regarding ctc, work pressure even ibps po will have pressure. Sorry for this long post and finally its ur decision whether to apply or not. And one last thing there is nothing bad to utilize each and every opportunity when u are job less.
IPPB mein General awareness SBI PO type hoga (i mean specific to banking) or will it contain everything.. Nothing is mentioned in Notification?
