Providing some links below to substantiate the statementwww.pagalguy.com/forums/gmat-a...Don't know how to take it, rejoice ( better chance of admit) or be apprehensive ( why crowd is turning away from ISB)The trend is a bit difficult to understand especially when the applicant pool of EU has shrink due to economic meltdown and applicant pool of US has also gone down considerably in last 4 years.(source : GMAC report) These events should increase the no. of applicants to Indian B schools, but on the contrary it is decreasing.
I have not yet received any communication from ISB :(
How many days on an average does it take them to send a "verified" mail?

@ivyctor2010 Thanks a lot for the reply!
1) Professional achievements: Baisically I work in a small but a reputed company. I increased sales bookings by over 500%. This was done by continuous market visits, agressive marketing, various cost cutting measures etc. I travel all around India and I am on the road for about 7-15 days a month.
2) Leadership: I was the only person in this dept. (working full time for this dept.; others used to chip in from time to time) when I started with this company. Now we have one more person. So I don't manage teams as such but I can very well say that I streamlined the dept. ,did a lot of numbers analysis, identified potential customers and put up an effective mktg. strategy which we are still following. Before I joined, no one used to take this dept. seriously but now it is one of a very good source of cash flow for our company.
3) Extracurrics - I am very interested in sports. I was head of national level sports tournament organised by our college. I was also football team captain of my colege and continue to represent my company and football club. Nothing from community service point of view though.
Do you see my chances if I apply in R2?
Last time the calls started coming from 22nd September only...I presume it will be the same this time around.
