Is certificate requisite for community service? For e.g. I have been assisting my mother in teaching underprivileged children with age upto 9 years. How to present my case in the application and in which essay the first one or third one....
Also, can a great score improvement (by 40 points) in GMAT in just one month be discussed in the 3rd question?

One question regarding filling out the application. If I have held multiple designations in the same company over a period of time, should I be entering a work experiences in application for each of them or should I enter only 1, since each experience detail has options like- last designation held, last drawn salary, starting salary etc. ?
