@isbdxb and @worldmovers are also waiting for IV calls... they are also from mfg background.

Could people who have completed the interviews share how the one word essays were, how important they are, what is expected and the words they got?

The word I got was "superficial". I am not sure what do they judge from the write-up but I was told by the guy who gave me the paper to write that it will help the interviewing panel know your thought process and if you could provide an example it would help them know that you keep yourself updated and can structure your thought process. No specific question on the word was asked in the interview though .....
