In case you get selected, you will get a mail from ISB. The mail will contain a link for acceptance (an acceptance that you will have to give within 3 days of the mail reaching your inbox). The post-login page on the ISB website will show your interview details after you confirm your acceptance for the interview.

Application no. has changed for me too, which i noticed around 12:00 PM to day and by 4:00PM i got an interview mail for 7th Nov. HYD. Such a relief finally.
Not sure if the change signifies anything.
Also, since i am out of India for another month, would be asking for a reschedule for Skype interview.
