@nannuabhi you can surely apply to ISB with this score, GMAT is not the only criteria that matters, they see if you will be able to add to the diversity of the class.....however, if you can give GMAT again then go ahead.....good luck :)

i had my interview on 3rd November - Saturday.
One Word Essay - Orange
It was more of a conversation than an interview. Had 3 people in the Panel. 1 Prof and 2 Alums...
Interview went almost for 40-45 mins... No Why MBA, Why ISB questions, Long Term, Hobbies, Extra Accad etc... They were looking for examples and situations
Here are the broad catagories:
- About Yourself
- Complete Professional Experience - Bit of cross questioning on real time scenarios, why so, what you would have done if you were in your IBU heads position etc - This took almost 25 mins
- Short Term Goal - Bit of cross questioning, placement related discussions
- Your Weakneses
- Any Questions for ISB
Overall, not brutal, not cool kind of an interview...

@abxy I actually met a girl during my interviews who got a call just 3 days before the interview date...
I am Petroleum Engineer with work ex on offshore rig, international location and remote Indian naxal infested region - how more diverse profile you need ISB??? Send a call!!!
Does it still make sense to await an interview call for Delhi, a couple of puys earlier reported talking to ISB folks and getting to know that the curtains are down for Delhi candidates..
But per their usual 5-7 day time period, one can expect a call even tomorrow, plus the buffer that wd have been created as a few candidates may not have accepted the interview invite...Any opinions..?

My IIMB intw is at 9 AM on the same day so not sure if I can make it to ISB intw.
I anyway have converted IIMC so might give ISB a slip (no issues with ISB profile, but the reason is my 8.5 years experience which I believe suits IIMs better)

I thot I had a decent profile too, diverse enough worthy of a face to face catch up so to say..The feeling hasn't sunk in yet that the thing I gave up all other things for and religiously spent my last 9 long months on has ended like this..
People I just got an interview invite for 7 November.Actually mine will be skype interview.So all you guys hang on as things are moving and there will be many more invites flying away.
See i predicted 6.30, alas cant predict my invite seeing the previous posts , ISB please send one . But seeing Ashu i have hope , I am in exact same boat , same IIMB time & date interview , same IIMC admit ... Hehehe the shortlist should now duplicate

Hey guys - It has been frustrating wait but as they say, it's not over till it's over. Today, I got call for 7th Nov. That's like 2 days notice :D. So all hopefuls hang in there without thinking too much about it. If not ISB, I am sure, there is something better in store for all of us :).
Hope is rising now! people time please time - are they coming after 6:30 ?????
