@sutz_deci I have been in this situation before and got rejected. Lots of people did convert last year. Depends on your luck..

@Sadhvika well you will get an email arnd March if u are selected or rejected. Somewhere arnd the end of R2 results. Its a very touch and go scenario.. Depends on your luck and also depends on how many students accept/ reject their offers.

@superfun1234 yeah yeah I got that part! that must I figured. But basically one needs a little statistics here... how many are placed on waitlist in R1 and R2, how many of the "confirmed" admits usually reject offers and all that jazz.... just to know what we are up against
