Sure, I had a good interview. Spoke openly, no stereotypical answers.
Here is how the interview went -
I reached the venue 2 hours before my schedule and I was comfortably seated with other candidates. The staff gave me a paper where I had to write about the word 'Trouble' in 50-100 words. I had a comfortable 30 minutes or so and wrote how Trouble is actually a learning opportunity. Soon I was called by the panel.
The panel had 3 interviewers - 1 prof and 2 alumns.
The best part was that they were very supportive and at the same time, very well informed.
They started with - 'Ashutosh, tell us something about yourself'. From that point, the interview went in many directions - 'how are things going on in you eCommerce domain, why is it not that hot in India, how do such companies protect themselves from fraud' etc. So be very fluent with your domain, your company, its future etc.
The other part was more related to - 'what motivated you to do an MBA, why now, why ISB' etc. They were very interested to know the triggering point which lead me to go for an MBA. They were not interested in the usual answers and I didn't offer them any :)
The last part was related to my hobbies, ECs etc. I had an interesting hobby (related to study of mythology) and they asked me some questions on that. They also asked if any of the stories relate to the current business scenarios and I had the answer ready ;)
So in a nutshell - prepare your answers related to your goals, reasons fro MBA, your domain, industry, hobbies, ECs etc. Questions are not very specific (like I was asked about Ebay's top and bottom-line in IIM-B interview).

@ashu855 Hi,so when they asked you to tell something about yourself,I assume you must have told them something other than what you have written in the application.and regarding other questions also I believe you must have answered something which isn't in the appl.you mentioned that you did not have anything stereotype to say.could you elaborate a bit .thanks
By the way, does ISB send interview invites in cohorts? As in all the IT applicants get interview invites in a particular week or two. Any idea anyone?
and does interview invites depend on when I submitted my application? If someone had submitted it quite early, does he/she get early invite (if his/her profile meets the benchmark set by ISB)? Or it is all random? Can someone throw some light on this?
