@Navneet1384 Thanks man. I'm an Engineer, with 5 years of experience, 2 in oilfield, 1 at a start up and 2 in management consulting. 730 GMAT..gave it thrice .. got the highest score 3rd time.

@atalb Thanks man. I am a re-applicant. However, my prev application was 3 years back and it was more like a test run, with nothing in proper place. Either way I am a re-applicant, so I had to put in 4 essays this time.

Each panel is different. We can't really generalise. But u can be sure that one of them would come from a similar background as yours.
