I have been working in Pharma R&D; for 3.5 yrs. I am looking for a change of function. I want to stay in my industry but move from R&D; to biz. Want to get into a leadership/rotational program at a pharma major. Last year's placement report says that Abbott and Pfizer offered such roles. I am targeting similar roles post-ISB.

My interview was held on 22nd Dec, the same day as Solstice - the annual ISB alumni day. Thus I landed in an alumni interview with a three member panel. It lasted for around 20-25 minutes and was a good experience. I cannot really say whether it went good or bad but they sure made me feel comfortable.
I went in expecting a stress interview but the panelists were surprisingly friendly. one of them asked me about leadership experiences at work and future goals (sports management in my case). The second interviewer was mostly concentrating on my long list of ec's and I was thrown off a bit when he asked me about my favorite poet seeing poetry as one of my interests.
At one instance I was asked to explain the meaning of 'purpose' as I would do to an 8 year old. The third interviewer was mostly quiet. So I was taken aback when he started acting like a real 8 year old.
In the end they asked me if I had any questions.

Sorry for replying late but the link contains Placement report for CO2012. Not as relevant for us considering the fact that their batch size was 574.
Personally I think its a good idea to post the stats from Day 1 and Day 2 for CO2013 if someone here is in touch with a current student.
