i am pretty sure (not 100%) that they do NOT have access to the previous applications or feedback at the time of the interview. however, they might have had access to all that info while reviewing our profiles before giving i/v calls.
i remember reading this somewhere that they do NOT have access to this info during i/v however, i cant remember exactly where i had read it. i think it was isb site itself. ill try looking it up again and let you know if i find something.

Asif, I would think it is definitely the Indian IT companies like TCS, Infy and so on. Sorry I cant think of any sources that i can point you to. But my opinion is based on general reading on the IT sector.

@asifmohammed IT consulting is a misused term in today's world.
Mckinsey does technology consulting but does not execute the solution. Its role is limited to strategy architecture or design.
Major IT consulting companies in India are Accenture, Cap gemini, IBM, Deloitte.
TCS, Infy also do IT Consulting but it is not the traditional way. They go beyond just design, they execute it for clients. This is an evolved form of consulting.
