So far it seems just one guy in the forum has received a call. So a few of us are waiting. why don't we all get in touch and probably have mock interviews on skype ( assuming we get a call)

I am the candidate 2 as mentioned by Raghu in his post. I'd like to add more ..
My interview slot was 3 pm. I was called in @ 4 pm
(I will be using the word Alumn for alumnus)
An alumn came out and I greeted him. He told me that we are going to have fun and I said I am game.
There were 3 alumn, The moment I got in, an alumn asked me for an authentic place for Biryani@ hyderabad. I said " Apart from my home, Shah Ghouse@ Tolichowki".
Another guy said "I am a vegetarian". I said "Paradise is the best place then,"
An alumn looked at his monitor and said " Rahane got out" to another alumn. I chipped in and said " The target is just 155. Don't worry, we'll win this". he asked " Ohh..you were following crciket ? " Me : " yeahh, when I was waiting "
They felt that I was at ease. Now started the real conversation.
Alumn : Did you prepare well ?
Asif : (in my mind) naa boloo to aur ek week time doge kya ? )
Asif : My preparation was decent,
Alumn : There's normally this one question whcih you think ye aayega to machaadoonga ..do you have one ?
Asif : Yeahhh ( I thought for a while ) ...why ISB ?
Alumn : okay go for the kill ..why isb ?
Asif : Bla bla bla blacksheep !!!! .....ISB is on my home turf, Hyderabad. There's nothing like getting global exposure and knowing all about business when yu are still @ home.
They let me complete my answer and one alumn asked : "Do you knw that we ahve a campus @ Mohali too "..... and the discussion continued.
Raghu covered most of the questions that were asked. Here are the rest :
1. Do u have any frnds who graduated from ISB?
2. What are they doing right now
3. How does your product make money ?
4. What's the revenue of your product ? what's the profit ? (I was not sure about the profit)
5. What's it about humor ? Tell us a joke ..Gimme 5 funny one liners ..
(Writing humor is my hobby- writing scripts for Radio, movies and posting funny one liners on facebook and twitter)
I told them 2 jokes ..They liked them. They stopped me after I gave them 3 one liners. They were laughing and I felt like they really liked my one liners.)
6. One complex issue that you solved at office

There were high points, a few low points. I messed up the bowling to Chris Gayle question. I could have done better. I couldn't recollect the names of field positions. Fine leg, mid on, long on etc. .... I admitted that. My bowling strategy wasn't great... but it's Chris Gayle man !!!
I don't know ... it was a mixed experience !

2. How long have you been managing projects. How is your current project management role different from the previous project.
3. What is the margin for your project.
4. Tell us the challenges of resource utilization and how you counter them ( I had mentioned this earlier during the discussion.
5. Help us understand the strategy of running a test factory.
6. You mentioned an interesting thing about XXXX in your essay. Tell us somthing about it.
7. Why did you choose to get involved with branding and marketing for XXXX.
8. How did you go about marketing XXXX.
9. Any questions.
10. What is your golf handicap.
Over all a satisfying experience. Could have been better with some responses. But, frankly, you can only know your trade. There is nothing more that you can do to prepare.

Even if we are not called for interview then also we will be getting feedback mail or ding mail on or after 15th Feb

Frnd once the whole process is complete by ISB then we can ask them for feedback on our application. They dont send any mail unless u ask them for feedback. We all hv chance up to feb 10... Good luck

They send a Ding mail after 15th Feb and you have to specifically ask them for feedback....which they start giving somewhere after May-June
So, can we be sure that calls for Delhi/ Mohali are finally over? I am tired of looking at my email inbox and the forums everyday..

This is too much of a coincidence... May be ISB is thinking they received 3 absolutely similar profile so this seem a common one, let's look for different profiles... And secondly I m seeing many ppl who have a startup while they r working.. So they have an edge of being an entrepreneur n working professional at same time on other hand we r just entreprenuers.. This is just lighted hearted comment for ppl like us who feel they r dinged... Hehe..

I can understand you as we r travellin in d same boat.. Calls will be made till 27 as per ISB so dnt lose hope n have faith in ur profile.. All d very best...
