@GameIsOn2806 said:some of us (puys) will definitely be ISB alums (and may also get into adcom), so Request to get this procedure for admission changed. All calls should come at one go or if they are giving calls like this then side by side they should give rejects also. This wait is putting lot of pressure ...tired of refreshing or opening email box or going to ISB thread at pagalguy.

Hi Friends, I am done with my interview. Any questions are most welcome.
As all the applicants who were interviewed had a decent interview experience, ISB will use an innovative and unbiased method to give away admits this year. This method which was devised by Prometric & Pearson after loads of brainstorming is called IPP (Inky Pinky Ponky).
Was anyone here on this thread interviewed by panel # 5 in hyderabad on 19th Jan, 2013??
@geck said:Hi GameIsOn. Are you mentioning the rolling calls protocol for interview calls or actual admission offers?

Those profiles which are selected thrice by IPP will be given admits. (A profile can get selected once by sheer luck, you see ) Don't feel like working @ office ..Kindly bear with the crap !
IPP reminds me of the "Family song" in the Telugu movie "Sudigadu"

Jan 20th :Delhi :
Essay : "Sanity" ... wrote some utter crap.
Background : Finance - Actuarial Science to be specific.
Absolutely grilled by the panel...One panelist from the insurance industry. People say the ISB interviews are unlike IIM interviews. I'd say otherwise. Having got through IIMs before and having attended many IIM interviews, I can safely say that ISB does grill you about each and every aspect of your work profile and the underlying theory, in my case - actuarial science. To a large extent, it depends on your luck...the panel you get, if they are trying to put you under pressure, if they miss out on something you wanted them to talk about.
I was grilled for about 50-55 minutes....rebutted about 30% of the time...there were some good phases as well......not too optimistic about my chances. Lets see.

@vbinani said:@mank18 I just checked the ISB application portal and the i/v dates for Mohali shows 26 - 30 Jan. I remember that earlier it was till 1 Feb. So now that the wait time has reduced by 2 days, suddenly hopes started diminishing at a faster rate. Not sure why these dates change so frequently.
