@crackster You seem to be really counting down the days 2 at a time. Guess you are really busy with work now-a-days
And, u strike me as someone who loves to go against the crowd, a non-conformist, especially with that last comment. Good for you, this must have helped you in your applications
Hi, I have been a silent follower of this thread for quite some time and really love the way you guys contribute and add value to it...Kudos!!!
Well I decided to post for the first time in the fag end(Its always better late than never, isnt it). I really enjoyed this thread and am amazed with the level of maturity and i should add ..wit and humour you guys bring in.

Industries Worked so far : Hospitality, Petroleum, Tourism, Education, Renewables and Infrastructure(Last Job)
Qualification : Hotel Mgmt with Masters in Tourism Mgmt
Hobbies : Cycling, Cooking and Photography

End Result : about to be dinged..without an I/V invite...how sad
Plan B : Improve GMAT Score and apply for NUS
Plan C : If Plan B fails, back to life...prepare my son for Stanford and the likes. By the way he is 3yrs old!!
Hey don't address yourself like that (oldy n stuff), there is no age to do an MBA, Keep your hopes alive, if not ISB then definitely some place better. Who knows you got a Golden Goose waiting for you somewhere :). I'm sure your son wouldn't like to read this post when he grows up. I know of a guy who had GMAT score of 610 and was called for i/v, he had 10 years of experience. So no ways you should think like tht abt yourself.
And my friend these are not words of kindness or sympathy or whatever, but I think there must be something in store for u :)
Guyz,I had called up adcom at 12:30 midnight. They said in R1 they selected 769 students. They needed only 1 from R2.. and thats why only "you know who" got the admit mail.we all less mortals should focus on plan B and my fren should get back to his plan A (kelloggs khao)(PS : Pls dont read what I am writing Below. Its all fake news. But pretend its real. Shall be fun )
This is really irritating!! If they have already scanned a candidate's application and found him/her unsuitable, at least they could have sent out rejection e-mails!! Surely even they cannot hold everyone to be a possible candidate till the very last minute!!
@Veteran123 Hi Mam .. I am a R1 admit and I don't have high GMAT π .. ( sounds like my name is khan :p) .. My GMAT is 610 with 8 yrs of experience in Ibanking and M&A.; Yes it's true that with a low GMAT the odds are against us but one needs to be confidents about ones profile. I see you have a strong profile but not sure what ISB is thinking . If I were you and with strong essays I will be still hopeful . All the Best
I will join you starting tomorrow But if you keep your PG's-Rajnikant jokes for GunnerforLife... He will be RunnerforLife from PG!! Come on... give me a salute or something for being rajnikant of PG!
Correction!! give HIM a salute or something for being rajnikant of PG
@Kode_A kithhee?? i can only see reply, like, share and quote! on my defense i can also say it was just the immediate reflexive action that I did that.. :P
