@MissWorld The adcom starts sending feedback from somewhere june, although I got mine very late through phone. Someone from adcom will talk in bullet points which are the areas one need to focus.
@tripamb - Feedback can be anything including low gmat score, better communication/articulation/interviewing skills, more n better work ex, essays not upto the mark (in case not shortlisted for interview).
And yes, you may have to wait till April/May to get the feedback. It'll be telephonic and in mail format too. For those rejected, please make sure you utilize the feedback to the fullest. Trust me, it really helps, esp. in quoting that in your improvements for the re-applicant essay.

But, I don't know of any other B school which gives a feedback. ISB is great in that regard.
