Guys I am getting 90 in ECE with EWS category. Is there any chance to get shortlisted for interview. I know this time paper was time consuming but i think it was way easier than 2018 paper. This is the first time I am applying with a category so no clue about the advantage this particular category gives.. What are your thoughts regarding cutoffs.?

Hello everyone! I am currently working in central government and and got interview call letter for DRDO scientist-B. To appear for interview NOC is must but my organization is not providing me NOC ,bcz as per their rules I must have to apply for it before appearing for the exam itself. Although I intimated my controlling officer at that time(through proper mail). Now guys please suggest me what can I do in this case .
