Can Anyone Please tell me that If any student clear cutoff marks for JEE Advance.But He/she get 0(zero) marks in one of the subject. Can He/she write the jee advance exam??

Can you please tell me what could be his expected rank and which NITs can he get through? Also if you could tell me if he can make it to get Mechanical as a stream in any of the NITs / other good government colleges.

Dear sir, I have got 256 marks in main JEE exam. Now, I have to apply online for advance JEE. I have an OBC - NCL Certificate, which was issued in 2010. I have applied for new OBC-NCL certificate on 02 May, 2015. New OBC certificate will be issued this week by district administration of Ghaziabad (uttar pradesh). I may get this new certificate after three or four days. I have receipt of my application for OBC- NCL certificate. Can I register for advance JEE as OBC-NCL conditate? I will produce OBC - NCL certificate after some days or at the time of counselling. I can also give affidavit for the same. What should I do. Can I avail OBC-NCL reservation? Please suggest. Thank you.
