plz. dont compare this exam cut off from 5th jpsc cut off i.e. 138. 5th jpsc ka question bhi to dekho. question comparison ke hisab se to 100 cut off bhi nahin jana chahiye.

maine paper 1 me negative mark ke chakkar me kam question attend kiye....maine booklet pe padha nhi tha ke negative mark nhi hai mjhe paper 1 me doubt hai kahin 40% bhi marks nhi ho raha hai aur paper 2 me mjhe pta chal gya tha no negative marks to maine sare question attempt kiye aur ghar aakar check kia to paper 2 me approx 95-97 right answer hain.
kya koi chance hai agar paper 1 me 40% na mile to kya main qualify ho sakta hun?
