Cracking State Civil Services is psychologically the toughest nut to crack.Exam level or the scale of preparednessneedede is never an issue.What really proves a hurdle is the lackadiasical attitude of those at helm: honorable JPSC.
Whoever has cleared JPSC and is sitting cozily there has faced the same hurdles: Paper leakages/Exam cancellations/Republishing of results/court cases et al.But they lack empathy: Humne Jhela hai to saala tum kaise nahi jheloge.
Other state PCS have done a commendable job in recent 2/3 years.Even the eternally doomed UPPSC. Keval apne yahan improvement karne ko koi taiyaar nahi.
