Former CM Babulal Marandi has written to Chief Minister Raghubar Das on alleged irregularities conducted during the 6th JPSC preliminary examination and urged him to take appropriate steps. He wanted the CM to instruct JPSC to publich a revised result of the exam.
Marandi said that a group of students have apprised him of gross irregularities in the JPSC preliminary examination. The students alleged that results were published keeping reserved quota aspirants in the same league despite them getting equal or more marks than the candidates of unreserved category. Also, the cut off marks for the unreserved quota aspirants were kept below than that of the reserved quota aspirants. The students said that this was against the principle of natural justice.
Similarly, the students said that the OMR sheets of 12,000 PT examinees were cancelled due to technical reasons and the aspirants were not provided with the carbon copy of the OMR sheets, which is in violation of the instructions of the government.
Writing on behalf of the students, Marandi said that doubts of students increa-
sed after the PT examination results were not published category-wise. In the wake of these issues, Marandi urged the CM to take cognisance of the issues, initiate a probe into the matter and instruct the JPSC to publish a revised result.
Jo log cite kar rahe hain ki previous some exams (CAPF 2014,etc) mein obc ka cut off general se upar gaya tha unhe kya yeh pata hai ke rest qualified obcs were not accommodated in general seats. For eg.agar bc ke liye 2 seats hain to us category mein 2 highest scoring bc aayenge and others would be compared with general category students.sirf bc cut off pe na jao.lekin jpsc ne bc ko sirf bc se compare kiya hai.hope this answers many queries.

A bitter truth: (1 - (326/5138))*100 ~ 94% of the candidates through PT now will not make it to the final list of the services. This one's with the caveat that there will not be any backdoor entries. Most of you know it. So pls don't celebrate so early and doubt others capabilities. Many deserving bc 2 guys could not make it because of jpsc's and bjp govt's fraud. So increase weightage of luck to your future successes at least when it has to do anything with the likes of bihar jharkhand.
