Friends could you please tell me that examination centres for JPSC mains are allotted in main cities like Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad or it may be in interior places as it was during pre -examination. I have some health issues that's why I wanted to know. Please reply.

Jab hum log yahan cut off prediction karte the result se pehle, tab kuchh log baar baar ye sawal uthate the ki yahan to 400-500 log hi hain, jisme 100-200 log hi poll me participate karte hain par exam to 75000 logo ne diya hai. Ye polls bekar hain, inse kuchh bhi pata nahi lag sakte.
Maine us waqt bahut arguments diye the ki survey humesha sample se hi kiya jata hai, kyunki sample hi available hota hai, chahe koi bhi survey ho.
Par kuchh murkh log sunte nahi the meri baat. Un logo ke naam yaad hai mujhe par lunga nahi. 😄
Ab to cut off sabko pata hai general ka, polls and predictions sahi nikle. Aao aur kubool karo ki tumne murkhta ki us waqt. 😄
Statistically speaking it is not possible to derive reliable insights through a sample survey of few hundred people as the sample drawn simply won't be a true representative of the population aka 75000 aspirants.
Whoever claims otherwise instead rely heavily on intution,generally showing traits of confirmation bias unless supported by a sound mathematical modelling.
The opinion polls or surveys generally conducted on Pagalguy technically fall into the category of analysis of convenience sampling which results are highly limited and being a non probability sampling its outcome can't be judged by general statistical quality tests.Instead they rely heavily on the convincing ability of the surveyor. Infact any person can extract any result from that survey as evident in the comment section when from same survey one person says 110 cutoff,second says 120 and so on.
Disclaimer: Irrespective of this, I thoroughly enjoy conducting as well as participating in these surveys and currently practicing writing essays.
