Just A Query, why are there still no updates on the site of JPSC for the main dates, except on a single link, that too which does not show on the main page? and when does they plan to alloate the centre? It is really frustating! Will the exams happen on time or not!?

Need clarification on caste certificate upload.
I belong to BC2. Form fill ke time Caste certificate created in 2015 Jun ka reference diya tha. Later I got a new certificate created March 2017. Unsure abhi kaun sa upload karoon. 2015 waala shyd valid nahin hoga (Raghubar announced that caste certis will be valid for 3 years still latest ones mention validity as 1 year ). Please help.
