SSC JE .I don't have OBC NCL certificate in SSC format but I have OBC NCL certificate in a format given by IIT GUWAHATI for OBC students in MTECH admission,will they(SSC) accept me as OBC candidate if I show OBC certificate in IIT guwahati format,although IIT GUWAHATI is also a central institutions,& format is almost same..please reply if you know

can anyone plz explain that in ssc je electrical only mes deptt. recruits for degree holders all other recruits only for DIPLOMA candidates like CPWD am i correct ???
actual notification of JE-2015 has to be released in the month of march-2015 according to the year calender of SSC 2015-2016. According to the calender so many candidates like me prepared for the exam from atleast october-2014 .... But unfortunatly due to leakage of some exams and due to the overburden On SSC, Commission has given JE-2015 notification in the month of july 2015. It os ok. But still final result of JE-2015 has not given and some court issues are going on .... whatever may be reason toomuch time was wasted .... in this long gap of 3 years 1.some persons of JE-2015 paper -I qualified are absent in paper-II,they are approximately 2360 (i.e. 27 % of 8589) . It means in the gap of 6 months(31-1-2016 to 24-7-2016) some candidates are selected in some other jobs where they r willing to join.. 2.now come to the point document verification of JE-2015 was held in january 2017 ... now it is close to september 2017 ... in this long gap there is probability that to join some candidates in some other jobs ( state govt jobs like AE,AEE s , through PSU s etc...) . For example all india open first rank person of JE-2015 attend for certificate verification . Per suppose during this long gap of 7 months if he join in some job .... after ur final result allotment the person may not join in SSC SELECTION... then the job is vacant . 3 years waiting of the particular department for this candidate has to wait for some more time .... Now I am requesting the commission " CALL THE CANDIDATE THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY ATTEND FOR CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION IN JAN-FEB -2017 ONCE AGAIN " This time the process is so simple because if a person again attend to concerned region just take present because he has already attend for this purpose.... THE ABSENT PERSON IS NOT WILLING TO JOIN THROUGH JE-2015 BECAUSE HE/SHE MAY BE POSTED IN SOME JOB... Then 1. No job is vacant 2. Some lowed persons got the job 3. Some candidates got higher priority job according to their option given 4. The person who think lower option job , if he placed in some higher option job he will feel happy and never think about other job . 5.The lowed rank persons who may think as " I MAY NOT BE SELECT, JUST WITH A LITTLE HOPE I AM ATTENDING THIS DOCUMENT VERIFICATION EVEN MY MARKS ARE TOO LOW" ---- if this nohope candidate is selected he will feel happy and don't think about other job so 1.NO JOB IS VACANT, 2.LOWERED PERSONS GOT JOB, 3.EVERYONE DON'T THINK ABOUT OTHER JOB.
